Roast Chicken
Ingredients
1 whole chicken, or in pieces
3 to 4 tablespoons Country-style Sauce (Sauce campagnarde)
2 tablespoons butter
Salt and pepper
Directions
1.- Put chicken in oven plate.
2.- Rub chicken with the Country-style Sauce and rub the inside with butter, salt and peper.
3.- Bake for about 1 hour at 380°F.
Tip: You can serve the chicken with vegetables (tomatoes, cucumber, baby potatoes, baby carrots and onions that you can bake in the oven with olive oil, thyme and salt and pepper) and/or fresh salad.
