Ingredients (4 servings) :
1.5 kg of ribs
1 bottle of Country-style Sauce (Sauce campagnarde)
1 cup of orange juice
2 shallots (julienned)
Salt and pepper
1.- Adjust rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).
2.- Combine the Country-style sauce with the orange juice to make a rub and use it on the ribs.
3.- Add salt and pepper to taste.
4.- Let the ribs marinate in the fridge for at least two hours.
5.- Add shallots.
6.- Cover in foil paper and bake in the oven 30-35 minutes.
7.- Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
8.- Serve with rice and fresh salad.
