Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients (4 servings):

6 Firm fleshed potatoes (1 1/2 per person) 

Himalayan salt 

3 tablespoons Country-Style Sauce (Sauce campagnarde)

Sour cream


 Preheat oven to 200°C.

 Rinse and dry potatoes, then cut into halves.

 Sprinkle salt on each potato half. Rub two potato halves together. 

 Place potatoes on a baking sheet.

 Bake 45 minutes.

 Serve and add Country-Style Sauce and sour cream to taste.
