Burgers with Traditional Hot Sauce (Sauce traditionnelle)
454 grams of lean ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon Traditional Hot Sauce (Sauce traditionnelle) - or more!
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper
1.- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2.- Shape the mix into 4 patties and let chill for 15 minutes.
3.- Preheat the barbecue and grill patties 4 minutes on each side or until cooked.
4.- Grill burger buns.
