Salmon with Traditional Hot Sauce (Sauce traditionnelle)

Ingredients (4 servings):

4 salmon fillets 

1 Traditional Hot Sauce (Sauce traditionnelle)

Salt

Pepper

Sesame seeds

1 lemon or lime

 

Directions

1.  Drizzle olive oil on a bake sheet and place salmon fillets on it.

2. Rub salt, pepper and the Traditional Hot Sauce on the salmon.

3. Let the salmon marinate in the fridge for at least two hours.

4. Preheat oven to 400°F.

5. Add sesame seeds.

5. Place sheet on the middle rack and bake for about 10 to 12 min for a fillet 2 to 2,5 cm thick. Use a fork to make sure the salmon is cooked.
